Tips
Lodge Staff - So that you are not constantly having to hand out tips for services performed for you at the lodge, you will be charged a $100 tip for the staff at the lodge when you settle up your bill at the end of the hunt. It is not required to tip any of the lodge staff additionally unless you feel they have done an excellent job and just want to in which case $5-$10 would be plenty. It is up to each individual.
Airport Porters - The porters at the airport that take care of your guns and luggage get $5 from each person arriving and departing. Upon arrival, they will meet you inside of customs and collect all of your guns and luggage, take them to the gun permit area, then run them thru the xray machines and then load it all on the bus. On departure, they unload it from the bus, take it thru check in and then to the the gun permitting area.
Airport Representative - We have a representative that will meet you at the airport. They are the person who has also prepared all of the paperwork for your gun permits and hunting licenses. Upon departure they will get you checked in for your flight and take you thru the departure gun permit procedure. They should be tipped $5 per person upon departure.
Bird Boys -The bird boys get $25 per day. $20 per day goes to your personal bird boy who will be with you for the whole hunt, and $5 per day goes to the head bird boy/guide who is in charge of all of the other bird boys. You will give them this tip on the last day of the hunt.
